Frequently Asked Questions

Becoming a Member

All fur-members must be at least 4 months old.

All fur-members to be spayed or neutered by 7 months.

All fur-members must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations from a vet for the following vaccinations/health examinations:

  • Bordetella (every 6 months if administered orally, yearly if administered via injection or intranasally)
  • Distemper/DHPP/DA2PP
  • Rabies
  • Flea & Tick Preventative
  • Canine Influenza (strongly recommended but not required)

All breeds are welcome at Your Dog’s Best Days! Every fur-member must pass an initial evaluation and is expected to abide by the same set of rules, regardless of breed.

This process gives you access to a free day of daycare and complimentary evaluation, allowing us to ensure your pup is comfortable in the play yards with our existing fur members and staff.

This way, you’re not committing to a membership before you know if it’s a good fit. Proof of vaccinations is required prior to your evaluation being confirmed.

Once your pup passes their evaluation, you are all set to join as a member! For facilities that are on a waitlist, you will be placed on the waitlist, and our team will give you a call as soon as we have a spot available.

Our Facility Model

To ensure the safety and comfort of our Daycare members, our play groups are comprised of dogs who share similar size, temperaments, and play styles. They are always supervised by staff that have completed Your Dog’s Best Days training program and are experts at what they do.

At Your Dog’s Best Days the safety and well-being of our members is our top priority. We want your furry family member to enjoy socialization and stimulation. Allowing pups to play non-stop leads to a very tired and well exercised pup for you upon pickup. We want to make sure our fur-members have the most fun while remaining comfortable and safe.

We offer baths and nail trimming at Your Dog’s Best Days.

How Our Memberships Work

Your Dog’s Best Days is a membership-based facility, so all pups and their humans must be registered as a member in order to join us for daycare or overnight boarding stays. Our membership-based model allows us to accurately control our capacity and gives us the unique opportunity to learn our pups on a more personal level, helping us to provide the best care possible.

All packages are monthly, recurring every 30 days from the day you sign up. For example, if your membership is activated on the 10th of the month, then every month going forward on the 10th your package will auto-renew. Your last day to utilize passes for the month would then be the 9th, and on the 10th you will be charged for a fresh set of days.

Unused days do not roll over, so you must utilize all daycare credits within your 30 day membership cycle.

You’re more than welcome to modify your package – downgrades are applicable once every 60 days, and you can upgrade at any time. When we are on a waitlist for daycare, please note there may be a short delay to process the upgrade as we wait for days to become available. Current members get priority for available days. If you are looking to modify your package, you must let us know before your membership renews. Once a package renews for the month, you cannot change the tier.

Cancellations for boarding within 48 hours will receive full deposit; withing 24 hours 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

All packages are subject to our 30 day cancellation notice policy. Once we receive your cancellation request, you will have one final renewal day in which we will process your last invoice. You can utilize services for this final month, and you won’t be charged again. There are no exceptions to the final invoice, so we kindly ask that you let us know well in advance if you need to cancel.

We ask that you make reservations in advance for, both daycare and boarding, to ensure our team knows to expect you. Spots are not guaranteed for pups who arrive without a reservation – if we have hit our capacity for the day and you arrive without a reservation, we will unfortunately be unable to take your pup.

Reservations can be made through our member portal or by contacting our facility directly via email or phone. You will receive an email confirmation for all requested reservations that will tell you if the reservation has been accepted or rejected. If, for any reason, the reservation is rejected, the email will state the reason why (expired vaccinations, the facility is full, etc.)

Make a Reservation

The system will not allow you to make a reservation if we have hit our capacity. If you receive an error message, that means we have hit our cap and we do not have room for your pup.

We do have a waitlist for daycare and boarding spots – in order to be placed on the list, you must contact our facility directly.

Since we operate on the basis of our capacity, we ask that you please cancel any unneeded reservations by 8 AM on the day of check-in. If we do not receive a cancellation request by 8 AM and you do not drop off for the remainder of the day, we will count this as a No Call/No Show. Every member gets one free No Call/No Show, during which they will receive a courtesy call from our team. After the first time, a credit will be deducted for members who have No Call/No Show on a day they have reserved. Cancellations for boarding within 48 hours will receive full deposit; within 24 hours, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
